Welcome

Our program is built on a simple standard: train emergency physicians who are sharp, adaptable, and prepared for anything. Our residents come from a wide range of backgrounds, and that perspective strengthens everything we do.We develop physicians who don't just excel in the ED but go on to lead. In their departments, in their communities, and across the field of emergency medicine. Our training is built on clinical rigor, strong academics, and patient-centered care. Residents graduate with the confidence to practice in any setting and the perspective to make an impact far beyond a single patient encounter.

Location

Inspira Medical Center Vineland is located in southern New Jersey, serving as a primary emergency care hub for a large and diverse regional population. The geographic location creates a true community-based training environment, where residents learn to manage a wide breadth of pathology. Without the immediate presence of a tertiary center in the area, trainees gain hands-on experience treating critically ill and undifferentiated patients. This setting offers an immersive experience that prepares residents for confident clinical practice in any environment, whether academic or community-based.

ED Layout

Our ED is divided into pods, each staffed by one attending and one to two residents for the entire shift. This structure ensures direct supervision, real-time feedback, and close coordination with your nursing team throughout every shift.
